About IFPA

IFPA is a independent, global news network, headquartered in Amsterdam (Netherlands). IFPA is dedicated to providing the world's media with up-to-date news, reviews, headlines, product news and photos. Our members are employed by leading media companies such as DPA, APA, PC Magazine, PC Welt, Internet Magazine and many others.

Besides publishing news and distributing media alerts, IFPA also participates in product reviews and awards outstanding companies and products with its "Technology Award".

IFPA was founded in 1996 to promote high standards of journalistic education. Today, IFPA consists of over 1800 full-time journalists world-wide. IFPA delivers content to over 7500 online outlets and more than 250 print magazines via its propetary "OTS Alert" system. IFPA also delivers the latest media alerts to large online portals and news search engines and portals such as Google News, AOL News, ASK, Yahoo!, RedTram and other leading portals.
